About The Position

The individuals in this role will act as administrators for all web-based and mobile applications utilized to deliver curricula, conduct assessments, and track the progress of DLIFLC students. They will be tasked with the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) platform. This includes ensuring the platform's smooth functionality by configuring settings, managing user access, uploading course content, troubleshooting technical issues, generating reports on learner progress, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the learning experience within the system.

Requirements

Strong technical proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard)
Understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning development
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Data analysis skills to interpret learning reports and metrics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users at all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant experience includes Sakai, Kaltura, Blackboard, Moodle, Angel, Webex, DCO, Connect, iOS, Confluence, SharePoint, Canvas.
BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience.
Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.
