The LMS & Training Administrator is responsible for administering and optimizing the company’s Learning Management Systems, Docebo, to support external client training initiatives such as managing platform configuration, user setup for reporting and technical support for external customers. This role ensures effective delivery, tracking, and reporting of training programs aligned with business objectives within a Transportation Management System environment. You will create and maintain training content in Articulate 360, ensuring materials stay current across our product releases per year. You will also maintain the Salesforce Revenova org we use exclusively for content capture, keeping it configured, upgraded, and populated with accurate test data.
