The Macquarie Asset Management Real Estate Team is a global opportunistic private equity real estate business offering its clients a differentiated approach to real estate investing, with expertise investing in and partnering with specialist operators. As a Senior Analyst on the Real Estate team, you will support the acquisition, management, and disposition of its real estate investments (both direct real estate and platform investments) in the U.S. As an investment professional in our Real Estate team, you will be an integral part of deal teams investing and managing opportunistic investments while working closely with senior members of the U.S. team. You will work with the senior team to source and execute on new investment opportunities, assist with due diligence and other analysis of real estate assets and platform companies operating in the real estate sector. Salary range for this position: $110,000 - $135,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience within investment banking, private equity, or funds management
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant subject
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of corporate finance, investment and business reporting
