The Senior Analyst, Growth Strategy helps drive AES Clean Energy’s growth by identifying high-value opportunities and translating complex regulatory, technical, and market signals into clear, actionable investment decisions. Sitting at the intersection of market intelligence, project diligence, and strategy, this role plays a key part in shaping the company’s development pipeline. This role supports the development of bespoke project origination strategies and advances high-value project opportunities across solar, storage, and powered land, including complex and infrastructure-constrained opportunities. Working cross-functionally across Interconnection, Transmission Strategy, Land Acquisition, Policy/Reg, Development, and Commercial teams, the Senior Analyst evaluates opportunities, supports M&A efforts, and develops market intelligence to inform market growth plans. The role also drives strategic initiatives that enhance pipeline quality and strengthen long-term market positioning. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and proactive, with the ability to connect data, policy trends, and infrastructure insights to real-world development outcomes.
