Your Opportunity, Your Team Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the Senior Analyst, Finance supports the reporting needs of the Growth team. This will center around everything from financial reporting and data compilation to explaining goals, providing decision support, and supporting process management. In short, this will be a role that requires detailed work and the ability to "ladder-up" to explain the "bigger picture" on our financial performance. Work will be done independently or with other members of the team. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at (West Chester, PA) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: (PA, NJ, DE). Relocation assistance (is not) available for this role. What You'll Do Maintenance and updating the financial reporting models / files used in the monthly reporting packages. This includes querying the data from corporate reporting system (Anaplan) and preparing for use in numerous files. Help complete monthly PowerPoint reporting package to parent company, which includes assistance with the development of concise business and financial drivers / explanations and schedules. Help prepare regular monthly meeting materials for business reviews, operating reviews. (e.g., Executive Leadership Team meetings) Maintain calendar for monthly deliverables and meetings Develop budget processes, schedules, analysis, and which includes compilation of budget submissions. Capital reporting tracking / reporting /control processes Track / analyze company data and support company earnings Track analyst reports and models, industry research for peer group, analyst agreement information Support investor presentations / release materials What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience working in a corporate finance, business analysis or business consulting environment Accrual based accounting / working knowledge of GAAP Relationship and interaction of income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet. Experience with internal financial reporting and consolidation. Exposure to investor relations function / activities. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a corporate finance, business analysis or business consulting environment
  • Accrual based accounting / working knowledge of GAAP
