About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to ensure financial accuracy and deliver strategic insights that shape business decisions. You’ll join an innovative team, who build and maintain dashboards, deliver timely reporting, and drive insights to support month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range business planning. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Hands-on expertise with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and OfficeConnect for reporting and data integrity.
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling, data analysis, and dashboard creation, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel with capability to build and manage complex spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience working on large data sets.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently, demonstrating curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support FP&A by building budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide business decisions.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, dashboards, and executive briefing packages, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and cost-benefit evaluations to support projects, risk assessments, and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to track performance against budgets, analyze variances, and challenge assumptions.
  • Maintain data integrity across financial systems (i.e. Workday, Adaptive Planning, Tableau) and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders and Investor Relations to deliver clear, impactful presentations and financial insights for senior leadership.
