About The Position
What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 2-4 years of experience, preferred
- Pricing discrepancy, chargeback or resolution experience, preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
- Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
- Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
- Applies judgment within defined parameters
- Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
- Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Utilizing analytical thinking to review large amounts of data
- Assisting with leading the coordinator team’s day to day tasks
- Managing multiple projects focused within the entire chargebacks department
- Prioritizing multiple escalated supplier situations
- Making decisions on an independent basis
