About The Position

This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Senior Analyst on the Executive Compensation team, you will report to the Senior Manager, Executive Compensation. You will focus on supporting market-aligned executive compensation programs that attract and retain Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. What you'll do during a typical day: Develop and deliver executive‑ready analyses and presentations on pay programs, executive compensation, and pay governance matters for management and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Lead benchmarking of executive compensation programs and pay practices to ensure competitiveness and market alignment. Create internal communications, guides, and process documentation to help partners understand compensation programs and annual cycles. Create resources for senior leadership to understand their compensation and benefits. Prepare executive compensation tables, narratives, and supporting analyses for inclusion in the annual proxy statement and related disclosures filed with the SEC. How you'll collaborate with others: Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and other business leaders to implement compensation policies and processes across the organization. Collaborate with the global equity team to support design, administration, and communication of global equity programs affecting the executive population. Projects you'll take ownership of: Support the annual year-end compensation cycle for executives including merit, bonus, and long-term incentives (LTI). Lead preparation of quarterly Compensation Committee materials, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen insights, and elevate the quality of deliverables. Preparation of executive compensation analyses and pay decisions related to organizational changes.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytics and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated proficiency in producing leadership-ready presentations
  • Hybrid work schedule based in McLean, VA

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in executive compensation or creation of materials for SEC filings or the Board of Directors
  • Experience supporting LTI and Equity compensation plans
  • Industry experience in hospitality or a related field
