We are seeking an accomplished Senior Equity Research Analyst to provide strategic leadership and direction for our Software sector coverage. Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Advanced degree, MBA, or CFA strongly preferred)
Substantial sell-side or buy-side Equity Research background with proven analytical capabilities
Alternatively: Software industry veterans with exceptional domain expertise and desire to transition into research
FINRA Series 7, 86, and 87 licenses required
Track record of independent, differentiated research that has driven investment decisions
Expert-level financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Established network of industry contacts, management relationships, and institutional clients
Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to build something exceptional
Intellectual curiosity and commitment to analytical rigor

Nice To Haves

Deep, demonstrable expertise in the Software industry is a plus
Advanced degree, MBA, or CFA strongly preferred
