Job Summary Under the direction of Leadership, the IT Senior Applications Analyst is responsible to empower our community through the continuous development, deployment, and support of vendor proprietary enterprise application software. The Senior Application Analyst supports software that is necessary to run clinical, financial, or business systems within a large integrated health system. This position works on the analysis of existing and proposed vendor supplied software functionality to determine if the software conforms to current health system workflow processes. The Senior Application Analyst is a high performing individual who collaborates with business operations to understand and define system requirements to develop innovative solutions meeting the customers' needs. The Senior Application Analyst performs expert level support and configuration of assigned applications. This position trains and/or mentors new or less experienced colleagues. The Senior Application Analyst is responsible to understand and conform to HonorHealth's project and change management methodologies and may be responsible for leading moderate to high complexity projects leveraging this framework. In addition, this position requires an on-call rotation facilitating off hour work functions in support of incidents, upgrades, patches, and project task fulfillment.
