American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) offers powerful backing and financial support to business clients of all sizes. The GCS Small Business Marketing team strives to provide our customers with the world’s best customer experience every day to ensure that we are essential partners to our clients and win the full share of their business. The Strategic Growth & Insights team within the Small Business Customer Growth Marketing team develops integrated marketing strategies across channels delivering customer value through meaningful interactions at every touch point to drive deepened relationships and long-term engagement amongst our existing customers. We are a performance marketing team that uses data and insights to power our marketing as well as anchor to our investment optimization process to drive results and effectively optimize. The senior analyst will support the enablement of Customer Growth Marketing investment optimization routines and packages (monthly reporting, annual planning, etc.). They will bring together channel-level forecasts and results, partnering with channel marketers, analytics, finance, and investment optimization teams.
