Atria Physician Practice New York PCNew York, NY
3h$110,000 - $140,000

About The Position

Atria is a membership-based preventive health care practice delivering cutting-edge primary and specialty care in New York, South Florida, Los Angeles (2026), and through 24/7 telemedicine globally. Our multi-specialty team of 60+ top in-house physicians provides proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize lifespan and healthspan through meticulous screening, leading-edge therapeutics, and tailored interventions designed to prevent disease and detect it at the earliest possible stages. Each member's care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, women's health, endocrinology, integrative health, performance and movement, nutrition, and more. Through our nonprofit Atria Research Institute and Public Health Institute, we also work to accelerate the translation of medical breakthroughs and expand access to preventive care for as many people as possible. We're seeking a mid-level Data Analyst to join our Technology organization and support the concierge healthcare team. This role goes beyond traditional reporting—you'll be instrumental in building the data infrastructure that powers business decisions while becoming a trusted advisor on healthcare operations and strategy. You'll own our reporting ecosystem, transforming raw healthcare data into actionable insights that drive patient care and business outcomes. Your work will directly inform clinical operations, member experience initiatives, and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • SQL proficiency: You write clean, efficient queries and understand how to optimize for performance
  • Visualization expertise: Experience building intuitive dashboards in Tableau, Looker, Omni, or similar platforms
  • Analytical thinking: You naturally ask "why" and can structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical frameworks
  • Communication skills: You can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and tell compelling stories with data
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role

  • Experience in healthcare, preferably in value-based care, concierge medicine, or similar models
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and analytics engineering principles
  • Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and executive teams
  • You're curious about the business, not just the data—you want to understand the "so what" behind every analysis
  • Work well with product to make analytics scalable and self-serviceable
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and can define your own scope when given open-ended questions
  • You have a bias toward action and iterate quickly rather than pursuing perfect analyses

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key healthcare metrics including patient outcomes, utilization patterns, provider performance, and member satisfaction
  • Partner with clinical and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver self-service analytics solutions
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain semantic layers that make our data accessible and reliable across the organization
  • Create structured data environments that enable analytics agents and automated reporting
  • Develop data models that balance technical rigor with business usability
  • Establish data quality standards and monitoring processes
  • Develop deep expertise in concierge healthcare operations, understanding both the clinical and business contexts
  • Translate complex healthcare data into clear narratives that drive decision-making at all levels
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improving patient care and operational efficiency
  • Evolve from data provider to strategic partner who helps shape business direction

Benefits

  • Excellent health and wellness benefits, 100% paid by Atria effective date of hire
  • OneMedical membership for employees & dependents giving access to 24/7 virtual care
  • Fertility & family planning
  • Company-covered preventive health screenings through partner hospitals (Calcium score)
  • Fitness Perks including Wellhub +
  • 401k contributions and 4% match starting after 6 months
