Position Summary We are seeking a driven and analytical Senior Analyst to join the Customer Vertical Finance team. In this highly visible role, you will support strategic financial analysis and surveille clients within the Employer segment with an emphasis on understanding performance drivers and delivering actionable insights. Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: This role will operate within the PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) unit of CVS Health.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience working in finance or a related field (e.g., accounting, finance, analytics)
  • 2 years of experience with Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Financial planning and analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-pace, evolving environment
  • Experience in Healthcare / PBM

Responsibilities

  • Analyze segment and client performance drivers by Channel and Line of Business
  • Partner with the team to identify margin optimization opportunities
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and financial models to enhance visibility into key business trends
  • Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and business case development
