The Corporate Development Sr. Analyst will play an essential role in the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions. This individual will work across all aspects of the deal process including qualitative and quantitative analysis to support targeting, financial modeling, due diligence, transition and post-merger integration, and investment performance tracking. This person should have strong work ethic, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, often supporting multiple projects in parallel. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, valuation, private equity, or corporate/business development.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to aspects of the deal transaction process (e.g., target identification, analysis, due diligence, integration/separation activities) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support external research and analysis to identify potential targets.
  • Coordinate ongoing internal M&A strategy development efforts.
  • Manage large cross-functional due diligence processes.
  • Oversee virtual data rooms and ensure timely information flow.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate corporate development opportunities.
  • Conduct valuation analyses to support decision-making.
  • Prepare high-quality presentation materials for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track the performance of previous corporate development investments.
  • Provide analytical support for senior management as needed.
