The Community Operations Monitoring and Evaluation Senior Analyst position is within the Disaster Cycle Services team. This individual contributor role provides strategic monitoring and evaluation (M&E) leadership for key initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and strengthening M&E frameworks, logic models, and performance indicators, overseeing data collection tool design and coordination, and analyzing performance and impact data to inform program strategy and decision-making. This position reports to the Deputy, Community Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field required.
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
  • High level of understanding of the organization’s business systems and processes as well as industry-wide requirements.
  • Must demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process management and business systems requirements definition.
  • Must understand technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Database Applications.
  • Ability to work on a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Six sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate community operations business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align solutions with business initiatives and improve processes by understanding and controlling variation.
  • Review community operations proposals for process improvement and gap analyses between current processes and the desired state, design complex new processes and lead transition planning.
  • Contribute to the community operations business unit process engineering plan and integrate it with the corporate plan.
  • Contribute to large, complex projects that have enterprise-wide impact and require subject matter expertise of multiple process improvement areas and mastery of process improvement tools.
  • Monitor preparation of community operations functional, system and program specifications using CASE (Computer-Aided Software Engineering).
  • Participate in community operations continuous review and updates to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions to develop short- and long-term system plans.
  • Serve as community operations senior advisor and participant in planning and prioritization for business process engineering-related activities.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross‑functional colleagues to align strategies, share expertise, and support the development and execution of complementary program initiatives across the organization.
