About The Position

Help shape the financial strategy behind world-class media services. NEP Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner closely with our Media Services team across the Americas. This is a high-visibility role for a finance professional who enjoys combining analysis, strategic thinking, and collaboration to support informed business decisions and long-term growth. In this role, you will work alongside commercial, operational, and finance leaders to translate complex data into clear insights, build financial tools that support real outcomes, and communicate financial perspectives that help guide the business. What Youll Do: Lead financial planning and analysis for a portfolio of U.S.-based media service offerings Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for a defined business unit Build and maintain well-structured financial models to support pricing, investment, and strategic planning Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support profitability Prepare and present clear, executive-level reporting for organizational leaders Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide thoughtful recommendations for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support commercial and strategic initiatives What You Bring 3+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related role (experience in technology, media, or services is a plus) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information Clear and effective communication and presentation skills Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, evolving environment Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA preferred Benefits: Check us out at https://www.nepgroup.com/career/careers You might not know our name, but youve probably seen our work on stage, on screen or on the field. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related role (experience in technology, media, or services is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information
• Clear and effective communication and presentation skills
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
