About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales organization through ownership of incentive compensation plans, rebates, administrative fees, and related commercial analytics. This position will ensure accurate calculations, timely reporting, and actionable insights that drive sales performance and financial discipline. The role partners closely with Sales Operations, Accounting, FP&A, and Commercial Leadership to support forecasting, accruals, and decision-making.

  • At least 3-5 year(s) of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, sales finance, or incentive compensation, or related field required
  • Clearance of favorable background investigation required

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end administration, calculation, and reporting of sales incentive compensation plans
  • Partner with Sales Operations on incentive plan design, modeling, performance tracking, and payouts
  • Calculate, analyze, and validate customer rebates, chargebacks, and administrative fees
  • Prepare detailed variance analysis for incentives, rebates, and fees versus forecast and budget
  • Develop and maintain analytical models to assess sales performance, plan effectiveness, and ROI
  • Support forecasting and budgeting related to incentive compensation and commercial programs
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reporting for Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate calculations, and improve reporting accuracy
  • Support additional commercial and financial analyses as needed
  • Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings
  • Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
