About The Position

As campaign operations analyst you will be part of the growth organization within synchrony financial, India and is responsible for executing marketing campaigns for synchrony financial clients within the performance marketing COE. In this role one will build campaign data files based on marketing criteria, segmentation and target populations on behalf of SYF clients. This role will be responsible for building automated/manual diagrams within our SAS campaign execution tool and ensuring that all campaigns are executing in an accurate and compliant manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 0-18 Months experience in financial domain campaign operations or in lieu of a degree 4 years of experience in financial domain campaign operations
  • Good knowledge of SAS, Python ,SQL, Unix and Excel.
  • Solid interpersonal skills at all organizational levels, including the ability to communicate effectively and influence others in the business
  • Understanding of US credit card or retail business

Responsibilities

  • Perform the campaign execution process by adhering to compliance policies and maintain the key performance indicators i.e., accuracy and timelines at 100%
  • Subject matter expertise in CRM tools, SYF data warehouses, segmentation reporting, suppression exclusions and file outputs.
  • Review the data within the portfolio to identify the patterns of campaign and provide insights to leaders
  • Proactively propose, initiate & execute process improvement that creates business impact for campaign data file execution processes.
  • Drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
