KBR is seeking a Campaign Assessment Analyst (USSPACECOM/J58) to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a temporary position ending on 16 March 2026. Key Responsibilities: Conduct data collection, organization, analysis, interpretation, and reporting, using various analytical methods, including statistical analysis, in support of campaign plan assessment process. This includes using and input of information into systems of record for USSPACECOM Campaign Plan and Multinational Force Campaign Plan, Chairman’s Risk Assessment, and Joint Force Readiness Review reporting. Advise US Government agents on assessment methodology and translating relevant data into decision-quality information and products. Support US Government personnel in developing and maintaining the USSPACECOM assessments process. The process must comply with the Joint Staff and USSPACECOM submittal and review processes. Other assessment processes may be included as needed or directed by Joint Staff and/or USSPACECOM. Draft and complete assessments, for government approval, to be entered into the assessment system of record. Assessments include USSPACECOM Campaign Plan Assessment (requirements due quarterly, semi-annually and end of year), Multinational Force Campaign Plan Assessment (requirements due quarterly, semi-annually and end of year), Chairman’s Risk Assessment, and the Joint Force Readiness Review. Additional assessments may be included as Joint Staff assessment processes are refined. Develop and recommend relevant assessment indicators such as measures of performance and measures of effectiveness to enhance the assessment planning process and identify trends in the operational environment that affect the campaign plan execution. Coordinate across the command and provide briefings, presentations, and reports to senior level military personnel. Coordinate process and methodology with other J5 assessment branches. Perform studies and assessments of issues arising in various difficult and complex areas related to space and national security and brief and develop products for US Government agents to assist with the assessment decision making process. Ensure that all documents are in compliance with USSPACECOM and required agency’s policies, procedures, and guidance. Additional exercise command exercise support related to assessments will also be required. Small adhoc assessment related duties will also be required.
