About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Business Analytics, drives data to insights with a blend of analytic skills, deep business acumen, and partnership with senior cross functional stakeholders. Responsible for creation and enhancement of consumption reporting, monthly report reviews, and trend analytics that meet the needs of the cross functional user groups. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, deep business acumen, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

Work closely with key business stakeholders to report on syndicated and custom data sources drives to insights
Using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen/Circana/SPINS, retailer POS data) to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the category landscape.
Design, develop, and maintain analytical reporting solutions (e.g., in Tableau, or Power BI) which reflect business needs and allow the end user to reach needed level of granularity to enable decision making
Conduct research on emerging trends, macroeconomic indicators, and defining drivers, both positive and negative for our category and brand portfolio
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, RGM, and advanced analytics teams to effectively scale analytical maturity.
Identify opportunities in forecasting process, and support forecasting project.
Identify opportunities to enhance data processes, tools, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of analytics.
Curious with critical thinking skills. Continuous improvement mindset along with outside the box problem solving ability. Work independently and with ambiguity.
Effective communicator, able to articulate and present recommendations to the brand team.
