Requirements

• Strong ability to analyze key performance indicators, and trends with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience documenting business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to align analytical solutions with business needs.
• Proven skills in Customer service, both internal and external customers.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and provide expert guidance on best practices.
• Commitment to integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement in business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate data accuracy by comparing with third-party sources, budgets, and actual results to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators, and metrics to evaluate trends and project outcomes.
• Organize data-driven insights and deliver consistent reporting to inform business strategies and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to align analytics approaches and provide expert guidance on best practices.
• Support business processes by preparing documentation, resolving issues, and responding to stakeholder inquiries.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process efficiency and compliance across functions.
