About The Position

LV Petroleum, a dynamic and growing energy travel center/truck stop company based in Las Vegas, is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Analytics & Business Intellingence to join our team at pur corporate office. - Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards tracking key operating metrics (e.g., fuel gallons, non-fuel sales, margin per transaction, labor productivity, guest counts, RevPATH, and EBITDA per site) - Partner with Operations to identify KPI trends and isolate drivers of variance versus budget or forecast - Build and govern standardized data models in data visualization platform that feed recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses - Manage automated data pipelines between site-level systems (POS, pump controllers, foodservice, repair bays) and the central data lake and data warehouse - Conduct cohort and correlation analyses to evaluate performance of new initiatives (menu changes, pricing strategies, loyalty programs) - Lead weekly and monthly business reviews, distilling complex operational data into actionable insights for executive leadership - Maintain master data integrity for location hierarchy, category definitions, and cost center alignment to ensure consistent analytics across business units - Own data literacy training across the organization—helping GMs, regional managers, and corporate users interpret dashboards effectively

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience at an enterprise hospitality management, investment, operations, or financing role
  • Experience in data cleansing and data engineering efforts to produce scalable, sustainable reporting results
  • Advanced Excel usage
  • Familiar with basic analytical and statistical techniques required to infer conclus
