The Senior Analyst - Advisor Compensation plays a critical role in the design, administration, and continuous improvement of variable compensation programs supporting revenue-producing roles. This position owns the accuracy, execution, and communication of incentive compensation processes while partnering closely with leadership, advisors, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and Technology. This role is well suited for an experienced analyst who enjoys working with complex data, translating calculations into clear business explanations, and improving compensation processes in a fast-growing environment. Prior experience in variable, incentive, or sales compensation is ideal; however, candidates with strong analytical or financial backgrounds and transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
