This knowledge enables us to build long-lasting software solutions, and to innovate with a purpose. Compliance Engineering is looking to fill a Senior AML Technology Analyst role at the VP level. The Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) Engineering, under Global Compliance, is responsible for Architecture, Design, Development and Implementation of best-in-class software solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates and mitigate any reputational and related risks to the firm. A key component of second line of defense for the firm, FCC Engineering builds and maintains technology solutions for Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering Detection (AML Monitoring), Sanctions Screening, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions and all other related FCC areas. With constantly changing regulatory and technology landscape, FCC engineering strives to stay ahead of the curve through continuous innovation. As the Senior AML Technology Analyst for FCC Engineering, you will drive the innovation forward and will be responsible for, among other related functions, the following: Data Stewardship & Catalog Management: Own, manage, and enrich the enterprise FCC Data Catalog, serving as the definitive inventory for all AML compliance-related data assets. Perform data discovery, profiling, and classification on source systems to identify data relevant to FCC functions. Document and maintain business glossaries, technical metadata, and end-to-end data lineage for all FCC data. Data Architecture & Mapping: Develop and maintain detailed source-to-target mapping documents that define the flow of data from source systems into the FCC data warehouse. Define and document all business rules, transformations, and enrichment logic required to conform data to the Canonical Data Model (CDM). Collaborate with source system owners and data engineers to ensure mapping logic is accurately understood and implemented. Critical Data Element (CDE) & Data Quality Framework: Lead workshops with AML compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders to formally identify and designate Critical Data Elements (CDEs) across KYC, Sanctions, and Transaction Monitoring. Define specific, measurable data quality rules (e.g., completeness, validity, accuracy, timeliness) for CDEs and other key data. Establish data quality thresholds, monitoring dashboards, and control frameworks to ensure the integrity of the FCC data ecosystem. Engineering Collaboration & Implementation: Act as the primary data subject matter expert and a critical member of the FCC engineering team throughout the agile development lifecycle. Champion the implementation of the "Single Source of Truth" data warehouse, ensuring adherence to the FCC Canonical Data Model. Design, lead, and execute data-centric testing and validation strategies to certify that the data warehouse is accurate, complete, and fit for regulatory and business purposes.
