Summary
We are looking for a Senior Python Software Engineer to build and scale backend systems powering next-generation AI-driven voice solutions in the automotive industry.
This role is open to engineers with strong experience in Python, as well as full stack or multi-stack engineers who have worked on Python-based projects and can effectively contribute to backend systems.
A key aspect of this role is being an AI Engineer in practice — meaning strong, hands-on experience using AI assistants, coding agents, or AI-driven development workflows (not just basic tools like autocomplete). You will leverage these tools to accelerate development, solve problems, and deliver production-ready solutions.
You will work on scalable backend services, API integrations, and AI-powered features, contributing to products that transform how customers interact with dealerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including hands-on experience with Python
• Experience building backend systems, APIs, or scalable services
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience working with data and databases
• Practical experience using AI assistants, coding agents, or AI-driven workflows in development
• Backend Development: Python or experience working on Python-based systems
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• APIs & Integrations: REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Data: SQL/NoSQL databases, data processing
• AI-Native Development: Experience using AI assistants, coding agents, or automation workflows in real development scenarios
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration
• Ownership mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced, product-driven environments

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems using Python and related technologies
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end
• Work with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments (Docker)
• Contribute to system design discussions and scalability improvements
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices
• Leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate development, debugging, and solution design
• Support the integration of AI/voice technologies such as STT/TTS or LLM APIs
