About The Position

Applied Intuition's Self-Driving System (SDS) for Mining & Construction is building a modular, production-grade autonomy and operator-assist stack for construction and mining vehicles. Our team is looking for software engineers to develop the tooling and infrastructure that enables rapid development, testing, and deployment of autonomous systems at scale. If you're motivated by complex systems, ownership across boundaries, and real-world impact, this is where architecture meets autonomy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in shipping complex software in Python.
• Experience building backend systems, developer tools, or infrastructure

Nice To Haves

• A MSc or PhD in computer science or applied mathematics with coursework or research experience in robotics.
• Experience with driver assistance or autonomous driving systems or off-road products.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Python-based tooling and infrastructure to support development across the autonomy stack.
• Build systems that support fleet management and vehicle communication
• Contribute to the design of scalable systems that support multiple vehicle platforms and operating environments.
• Closely collaborate with engineers across the stack.
