About The Position

As a Senior AI Product Manager for AI Agent Development, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies like Large Language Models, build robust APIs, and create developer-centric solutions to deliver exceptional value to our customers. As a key technical leader, you will drive innovative experiences through code-first approaches, working closely with developers, customers and partners to meet their unique business needs. The AI Product Management team is at the forefront of AI innovation, defining platform strategy and integrating advanced AI/ML capabilities across our solutions. Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with deep expertise in enterprise software, AI technologies, and API development.
• Demonstrate a track record in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI applications for business users.
• Have experience presenting to executives (internal and customer executives) with consultative professional business acumen.
• Have a developer-centric mindset and experience with at least one modern programming language (Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Shaping end-to end product direction through data-driven insights, code prototyping, and deep technical customer engagement.
• Identifying the type of training data required to enhance AI models and improve product performance.
• Leading product growth and Go-to-Market strategy for AI agent solutions and developer APIs, targeting ambitious YoY revenue growth.
• Delivering scalable architectures, SDKs, and developer enablement plans to drive enterprise adoption.
• Orchestrating cross-functional initiatives across research and engineering, developer relations, and technical sales teams.
• Driving technical partnerships and API integrations with key platform providers.
