About The Position

We are seeking a Senior AI Hyper Automation Developer to design, build, and support intelligent automation solutions that combine AI, low-code platforms, and enterprise integrations. This role will play a key part in accelerating business outcomes through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable integration patterns across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering, strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, and solid knowledge of web services and APIs. Familiarity with MuleSoft and Azure Logic Apps is highly desirable. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in automation, low-code development, or software engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms, including generative AI.
  • Strong experience in prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
  • Solid understanding of web services, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps for enterprise workflow orchestration.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
  • Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate Desktop, UiPath).
  • Knowledge of secure API design, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and integration governance.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, or enterprise AI standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end hyper automation solutions combining AI, workflow automation, and integrations.
  • Implement AI-driven automation use cases, including intelligent assistants, document processing, decision support, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Build and optimize prompts and prompt strategies for generative AI tools to ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality outputs.
  • Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
  • Design and consume RESTful web services and APIs, ensuring secure and scalable integrations.
  • Collaborate with architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into automation solutions.
  • Integrate automation solutions with enterprise platforms using Logic Apps and, where applicable, MuleSoft.
  • Ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, performance, and compliance.
  • Contribute to automation best practices, reusable components, and documentation.
  • Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of automation solutions.
