About The Position

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in applied data science and machine learning engineering.
• Master or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Expertise in causal inference frameworks, including Double Machine Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, with hands-on experience in SQL and cloud ML platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools for experiment tracking and automated deployment.
• Experience working with large datasets and data engineering best practices.
• Strong background in applying advanced causal and time-series methods.
• Ability to independently deliver ML solutions with measurable success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines using modern MLOps practices and cloud-native platforms.
• Conduct causal analysis and treatment effect estimation to guide high-stakes business strategy.
• Build, train, and optimize predictive and prescriptive models for various use cases.
• Integrate models into production systems and monitor their performance.
• Partner with business leaders to translate problems into machine learning frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipelines and ensure model reproducibility.
• Research and apply emerging techniques in AI.
• Design robust experiment and quasi-experiment setups.
