  • Strong expertise with Generative AI techniques , such as: Diffusion models GANs Vision Transformers Multimodal (vision-language) architectures
  • Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and training large vision or multimodal models using PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
  • Advanced skills in Python , ML frameworks (PyTorch preferred), and modern model training toolchains (e.g., Ray, Lightning, DeepSpeed, HuggingFace).
  • Proven experience building and shipping production ML/CV systems at scale.
  • Strong understanding of: Computer vision algorithms Representation learning Training optimization Retrieval/embedding systems Data curation and labeling strategies
  • Experience working in customer-facing or solution-oriented environments (e.g., consulting, forward-deployed engineering, technical pre-sales, applied research).
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience deploying CV/GenAI workloads on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) or edge devices.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices , including monitoring, evaluation, CI/CD for ML, and model governance.
  • Background in applied research , publications, or contributions to open-source projects in AI/ML.
  • Experience optimizing models for latency, throughput, or resource-constrained environments (quantization, distillation, pruning).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models and pipelines for computer vision tasks (e.g., image/video generation, diffusion models, VLMs, image retrieval, scene understanding).
  • Build and optimize large-scale ML training workflows including data pipelines, augmentation strategies, evaluation tooling, and model optimization.
  • Fine-tune and adapt vision, multimodal, or foundation models
  • Develop scalable inference systems for real-time or high-throughput computer vision applications.
  • Collaborate with product, solutions, and engineering teams to translate ambiguous customer requirements into robust technical solutions.
