Senior AI Engineer
About The Position
iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer J oin our Team in NY! This is a hybrid role which will require working 2-3 days per week in the Rye office. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States now and/or in the future . The successful candidate will d esign and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry . The focus will be on building multi-model AI systems and intelligent agents for healthcare use cases (clinical, payer, operations) and d riv ing scalable, compliant AI adoption in healthcare through Copilots, agents, and multi-model AI platforms.
Requirements
- Seven + years in software / AI engineering .
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI Service .
- Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio .
- Proficiency in Python / C# / APIs / microservices .
Nice To Haves
- Experience with healthcare data (FHIR, EHR systems preferred).
- Experience with Epic Systems or Cerner.
- Multi-model frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
Responsibilities
- Architect and build AI solutions using Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Search .
- Develop AI agents and copilots with Microsoft Copilot Studio .
- Design multi-model orchestration (LLMs + document AI + ML models) using Azure AI Foundry .
- Implement healthcare AI solutions (FHIR, clinical workflows, claims, patient engagement) .
- Ensure HIPAA compliance, security, and Responsible AI practices .
