You will be joining a dynamic and highly motivated team with one goal: "Get quality and secure solutions in the customers hands as soon as possible”. Sabel Systems is seeking a highly motivated Agile Coach to lead Agile practices for our customer located in El Segundo, California. This Agile Coach will work mostly from their home during the hours of 8am-5pm pacific time. Travel will be required up to 25% per year to support the customer on-site in El Segundo, California (average on-site about 1 week of every month). The Agile Coach will help guide a team of Release Train Engineers/Scrum Masters, Atlassian Engineers, and a Jira/Confluence helpdesk technician. The Agile Coach will oversee Agile Digital Transformation progress against execution timelines and ensure the adoption of Agile Standards and Best Practices across an enterprise-level organization. In addition, the Agile Coach will help guide continuous improvement, gathering feedback, requirements, and priorities from the customer to drive efficiency, transparency, and collaboration. The Agile Coach will work with the Agile Transformation Architect to align Agile processes and practices with scalable, enterprise-wide digital transformation through the use of collaborative work management tools, such as Jira. Candidate demonstrates proven success in executing multiple enterprise-wide Agile transformations, is an expert on Agile methodologies, and is driven to meet the customer where they are to move toward lasting cultural change. Strong Project Admin experience with Jira and Confluence is required. The Agile Coach must feel comfortable configuring new Jira Scrum and Kanban boards, creating Jira issues, closing out Sprints, creating Jira Plans, and writing JQL filters. The Agile Coach must be able to work independently, train others on Agile methodologies and how to use Jira/Confluence to track work, as well as brainstorm innovative solutions with teammates via MS Teams calls, chat and email. Must be able to collaborate in person in El Segundo, California, up to 25% per year. The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn and continuously improve and grow as a team. Prior military experience or work with the Department of Defense is a plus. Minimum of Secret Clearance is required prior to start.
