Your new team Frontify's Global Partnerships team is a community of highly motivated people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds ranging across Sales, Agencies, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your Mission In this role, you will take a proactive approach to identifying and acquiring agency partners within the creative agency space, driving measurable sales opportunities through strategic and empathetic engagement. You will spearhead training, coordination, and enablement initiatives to empower Frontify's partners in the US. By delivering a seamless and impactful onboarding experience, you'll highlight the mutual revenue growth opportunities that Frontify provides. Your efforts will position agency partners as platform experts, maximizing their success with Frontify's offerings while directly contributing to business growth and expanded market presence in the East Coast of the US.

Requirements

  • You're comfortable in a hybrid setup, with 2 days a week in our NYC office and the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
  • You have 7+ years of experience in branding, advertising, or design agencies (not PR or media), with a deep understanding of the agency landscape and how to drive value within it. Any prior experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
  • You bring a consultative sales approach and excel at building long-term, strategic partnerships that deliver sustained revenue growth.
  • You've worked closely with creative agencies and know what makes them tick.
  • You're confident leading product demos and presenting to senior stakeholders-translating tech into tangible value for partners.
  • You're driven and consistently follow through, from building pipeline to closing deals that align with business goals.
  • You work smart-using technology and automation to streamline workflows, measure impact, and hit KPIs.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) platforms or similar tech products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build relationships with creative agencies that align with Frontify's vision, ensuring they see the value in our platform.
  • Effectively showcase the value of Frontify through tailored presentations and demonstrations that align with agency needs and workflows.
  • Monitor, track, and optimize agency-driven opportunities to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Onboard new agency partners and empower them to confidently present, sell, and integrate Frontify's offerings.
  • Consistently work toward sales targets and business goals, measuring success through partner engagement and revenue growth.
