As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our agency. You will analyze agent performance, customer interactions, call and chat transcripts, and downstream sales outcomes to uncover opportunities that elevate both agent productivity and customer experience. You’ll partner closely with agency leadership, product managers, and engineering teams to guide experimentation, refine workflows, and develop insights that drive measurable improvements in conversion and policy sales. The ideal candidate brings deep analytical rigor, strong communication skills, and experience translating complex operational and customer-interaction data into clear, actionable insights that accelerate agency performance. Location: While we are open to remote work across the contingent US, we are still in the process of establishing our company to support work in all states. Our employees can choose to work remotely in the U.S. Join us in our Austin, Texas office, or opt for a hybrid setup.
