About The Position

Lead and provide technical guidance to a small team working on mechanical and/or electrical aircraft system integration
Support leadership activities such as workforce planning, performance evaluations, onboarding, and team development
Carry out assembly tasks, system testing, troubleshooting, corrective actions, and quality checks
Ensure production orders are completed on schedule and in accordance with quality and safety requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in aircraft assembly or aircraft system integration.
• Proficient in mechanical and/or electrical system integration processes and procedures, with proven troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership abilities combined with effective teamwork, communication skills, integrity, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP
