About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or advisory roles within complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working in a federal government or regulated industry environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and influence organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-impact special projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform project recommendations and decision-making.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to communicate project status and results.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and foster collaboration among diverse teams.
  • Continuously evaluate project processes and outcomes to recommend improvements and best practices.
