Requirements

  • 3+ years of Refining/Midstream experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Working knowledge of the Maintenance and Operator Training Required Standards
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Ability to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)

  • 7+ years of Refining/Midstream experience
  • 3+ years in training delivery or facilitation

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver engaging training programs that align with business goals and drive site-wide employee growth.
  • Lead site-wide learning initiatives, including onboarding, refresher training, and skills development.
  • Collaborate with site leadership and L&D partners to implement targeted development strategies based on assessment of workforce capabilities.
  • Analyze training effectiveness using data and metrics to continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all training programs.
  • Support L&D budget planning and resource allocation for site training needs.
  • Promote consistency across sites by aligning local programs with enterprise-wide L&D strategies.
  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships that foster collaborative partnership between L&D and site leadership.
  • Engage in consulting conversations to determine appropriate learning solutions.
