About The Position

The commercial lines division is the place to be ! As a Senior advisor in commercial lines, your main role is to support the Member and Client Relations and Operational Underwriting Administrative Department and its management team in a transformational context. You are a strong, passionate professional who is committed to challenging the leadership team and driving commercial lines into the future. You will be at the heart of the department, working directly with the Director to shape and execute the vision. More specifically, you will be required to : Help define and develop strategic planning and monitoring activities, and track business plans and performance Help set targets and identify service delivery improvement opportunities, and support the design and delivery of business strategies and solutions in line with the strategic plan of the department Take on a leadership and influencer role when interacting with the various stakeholders on assignments and projects that involve development and complex, highly innovative strategic initiatives across multiple sectors. Requirements

Responsibilities
