About The Position

The Lutheran Home, part of Lutheran Life Communities, is hiring a Senior Admissions Coordinator to support admissions and occupancy growth within our senior living community. Requirements

Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent experience
Minimum of one (1) year of related healthcare experience in marketing, admissions, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work onsite and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in senior living, healthcare admissions, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working with diverse populations

Responsibilities

Conduct tours and guide prospective residents and families through the admissions process
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects through calls, tours, and events
Support occupancy goals by identifying and qualifying prospective residents
Coordinate admissions, including documentation and move-in readiness
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
Track and document all activity in CRM systems
Participate in community marketing events and outreach efforts
Provide administrative and operational support to the admissions team
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards
