Justification: As a member of the Hospice team, the administrative assistant will support the mission of Hospice. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering multi-line phones, sending calls to field staff, greeting guests to our office, sorting mail, maintaining incoming faxes, chart audits, ordering office supplies, data entry and use of computer software. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a changing environment, ability to work efficiently, and strong time management skills.
