About The Position

The Community Hospice has a rewarding opportunity for a full time Senior administrative assistant to join our support team at our Albany Office located at 445 New Karner Road. This position works as part of a team supporting clinicians who admit patients to hospice services across 8 counties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: data entry and use of computer software, and answering phones. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast changing environment, ability to work efficiently, easy to with, and strong time management skills. Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience
  • Strong customer service
  • computer skills
  • ability to work as a part of a team
  • flexible and adaptable to change
