Possessing exceptional organizational abilities, adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for tackling the administrative complexities inherent in supporting Project Managers, Engineers/Architects, and other team members.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college and at least three years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a thorough knowledge of business English, spelling, and vocabulary are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology are essential.
  • The position requires someone who is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of managing time effectively.
  • Candidates must also be able to lift up to 20 pounds to support occasional office-related tasks.
  • A team-oriented mindset, a strong sense of urgency, a willingness to learn and grow, and a commitment to maintaining a positive office culture are all expected.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and to obtain a DoD security clearance is also required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers/Architects to facilitate the coordination, editing, and assembly of project specifications and reports.
  • Oversee the efficient management of printing, shipping, and delivery of project documents.
  • Efficiently organize and arrange office meetings and plan engaging office activities.
  • Oversee the inventory and management of office supplies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for office visitors.
