The incumbent in this position provides direct administrative support to the Division Director; maintains Director’s daily calendar and schedule; schedules meetings, conference rooms and calls; screens incoming calls; process signature requests, travel requests and accommodations, process Director’s purchase card (PCard) activity log and expense reports; create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking or information gathering; maintain distribution lists/list serv; take meeting minutes; report binding; maintain filing systems; serve as division time and attendance (eStar) auditor and coordinator; and other duties as assigned.
