The Senior Administrative Assistant, Stony Brook Foundation, supports the Stony Brook Foundation and Advancement team by serving as a central point of contact, ensuring inquiries and issues are routed to the appropriate individuals, and providing accurate, detail-oriented administrative support. The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for calendar planning and maintenance, coordinating and executing meeting logistics, and providing general office support. This role partners with internal units and external stakeholders to support projects that align with Advancement’s strategic goals.
