This position is a temporary‑to‑permanent opportunity. The initial assignment is a 6‑month evaluation period, after which the role may convert to a permanent position based on performance, business need, and overall fit. The Sr. Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to Senior Portfolio and Client Service Managers and their support staff. The Sr. Administrative Assistant is expected to carry out multiple administrative duties and provide exemplary communication between the executives’ office, management, and external resources. The Sr. Administrative Assistant provides the highest level of administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
