Responsible for providing high level administrative support to an individual or department. Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Research and verify information pertaining to reports Prepare/track budgets Create databases and analyze moderately complex data Support projects by assisting manager/department, build and maintain project plans Schedule and contribute to meetings to ensure project deliverables are met Prepare correspondence and review documentation for conformance with internal policies and procedures May maintain files and order supplies Coordinate meetings and compile and distribute meeting minutes Handle travel arrangements and expense reports May screen, handle or distribute incoming calls and complaints
