Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity: You will be a key member of the Program Leadership & Portfolio Management (PLPM) team supporting molecule development teams, decision making forums and administrative activities for the PLPM function. Key responsibilities include: Scheduling and managing reoccurring meetings for the function including gather agenda items, preparing presentations/status reports, following-up on action items and resolving meeting conflicts. Managing governance and business meetings for Development & Clinical Sciences (DCS) including receiving agenda requests, confirming attendees, scheduling meetings, circulating pre-reads and posting final minutes. Scheduling program team (PT), development team (devPT), working group and ad-hoc meetings. Facilitating the annual finance and HR processes for the function including goal setting, talent reviews, performance management and budget planning. Preparing for business review meetings including obtaining the agenda, identifying content owners, scheduling review meetings and submitting final materials. Coordinating DCS Learning events including assigning training in the learning management system, scheduling and setting up the room, preparing materials, confirming the presenters, ordering catering, collecting feedback and preparing reports. Supporting administration of the intranet site and document repositories for the function. Supporting hiring managers through the recruiting process including obtaining the final job descriptions, sharing CVs with the interview panel, coordinating travel and on-site logistics for candidates, and communicating start dates for new hires. Supporting onboarding including adding employees to standing meetings and distribution lists, confirming access to key folders and intranet sites, requesting a work location, scheduling introductory meetings and partnering with the hiring manager to complete their 30/60/90 day plan. Collaborating with other administrative assistance to schedule complex meetings or respond to time-sensitive business requests from the senior management team or Board of Directors. Planning for conferences including communicating abstracts/presentations deadlines, conference registration, hotel accomodations, meeting arrangements, catering, AV equipment, and other related requests to ensure successful meetings. Coordinating domestic and international travel including flights, VISA applications, travel documents, car transports, hotel bookings, restaurant reservations and other travel related needs for leadership team members. Providing consolidation, formatting, and/or organization of PowerPoint presentation slides as requested. Providing administrative support for contracts and master service agreements in partnership with legal and/or procurement to ensure they are executed timely and properly within approval limits. Helping to plan and execute DCS events and offsites including coordinating meeting logistics, working with facilities, IS or other administrative assistants as needed and providing onsite support (ie, all-employee meetings, lunch and learn series, DCS onboarding, etc).
