Provide administrative and operational support to the Claims & Litigation department. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including store employees, store customers, vendors, outside counsel, and Third-Party Administrators in supporting the efficient coordination, documentation, and resolution of claims and litigation-related activities.
