About The Position

JOB CATEGORY: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / ADMINISTRATION / CLAIMS 3 Days In-office & 2 Days Work from Home POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing a variety of accounts receivable tasks with a focus on aged accounts greater than 120 days, payer discrepancies and disputed claims. Our diverse services include primary care, dental, behavioral health, early childhood education, supportive living, and senior programs. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of cash posting, billing, Third-party follow-up and collections experience required; healthcare-related experience preferred; OR a combination of education and/or experience in business or related field totaling at least two years.
  • Knowledge of automated business applications, including word-processing, spreadsheet and data base management applications required.
  • Data entry experience and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance preferred.
