About The Position

FrenchFounders is the international business club for francophone and francophile leaders, gathering CEOs, C‑level executives, investors, and founders across more than 30 hubs worldwide. We design and operate high‑value business communities, boards, and events to accelerate growth and connections between Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Our Business Solutions division helps B2B companies access this network through sponsorships, curated introductions, and co-branded activations — our partners range from global SaaS platforms, Retail Tech, Consulting Firms, Private equity and financial institutions. Your mission Within the Americas team, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts (multinationals, mid‑caps, and high‑growth scale‑ups) and drive their engagement, satisfaction and delivery within the FrenchFounders ecosystem. Your role is to act as their strategic point of contact, develop the relationship, identify opportunities, and maximize the value created on both sides.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across the Americas (US, Canada, Latin America).
  • Understand your clients’ business priorities (US expansion, international development, retail, tech, finance, etc.) and propose tailored solutions (memberships, events, TLF, boards, targeted missions).
  • Oversee membership renewals, upsells and the sale of additional solutions (sponsorships, speaking opportunities, business missions, etc.).
  • Co‑design bespoke activations with the Events team (private dinners, roundtables, learning expeditions, sector boards, etc.).
  • Monitor client satisfaction, anticipate churn risks and propose action plans.
  • Work closely with the Community, Events, Marketing and Product teams to continuously enhance the key account offering.
  • Track key KPIs (revenue, NPS, renewal rate, engagement) and report regularly to the Americas management team.
  • Coordinate efforts between clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of events to ensure they meet client expectations.
  • Execute all contractual business connections and track the ROI of each connection.
  • Monitor the ROI of each contract for every client.
  • Track key account management KPIs (QRR/quarterly renewal rate, NRR/net revenue retention, churn, expansion, engagement score) and proactively drive action plans.
